Unknown people make failed attempt to torch polling station in Nowhatta | KNO

Srinagar, April 14 (KNO) Unknown people tried to set ablaze a polling station located at Auqaf building Tujgari mohalla in Nowhatta by throwing petrol on its entry gate but timely intervention of the police saved the building from catching the fire.

Police sources told KNO that in the incident only gate suffered minor damage while as the Auqaf building housing Library number 55 was completely safe. Man hunt launched to locate those behind the act, said police sources.(KNO)
